Get thee some Mane ‘ n Tail (it used to be marketed as shampoo and conditioner for horses, but people use it with good results, too), wet down your hair with non-chlorinated water, put a little <\/strong>Mane ‘n Tail on your hair and work it through, then put on your bathing cap and do your workout.
