Are the high fuel prices biting me in the ass?\u00a0 Yep, and it’s not even winter yet.\u00a0 I live in Northern New England in a wooden tent I can’t leave legally until February and I’m self employed.\u00a0 Ain’t sayin’ it doan suck.<\/p>\n
It sucks.<\/p>\n
What I am saying is that I’m sick of the panic.<\/p>\n
Could things get a lot worse than they are?\u00a0 ‘Course they could.\u00a0 Wait’ll hunger becomes an issue.\u00a0 It could.<\/p>\n
Still, what in hell happened to facing difficulty with courage?<\/p>\n
The people that post solutions and ways to get through?\u00a0 I salute you guys.\u00a0 That’s some cool stuff.<\/p>\n
The people who say, “Yep, yep, yep, hard times suck, but damn’f I’m going to let that stop me from enjoying my days as best I can”?\u00a0 You guys are great.\u00a0 Keep it up.<\/p>\n
I think courage is important.<\/p>\n
My two grandmothers both grew up without much.\u00a0 It really colored both of their lives.\u00a0 One grandmother was ashamed to own anything old, and was always embarrassed.\u00a0 I loved her and everything, mind.\u00a0 She had her good points — intelligent, good at solving problems in a way that would put most of my readers to shame…<\/p>\n
